He served 23 years in various leadership roles and completed multiple leadership courses to include a graduate of the United States Army Sergeant Major Academy Class #59. For seven years, he has served as an Adjunct Professor teaching numerous leadership, management, and process improvement courses from high school to graduate school. Born and raised in Clarksdale, Mississippi, he and his wife Jacquelyn have two daughters, Andréa and Brianna.

Jacquelyn PaceHuman Resources SpecialistJacquelyn is a Human Resources professional with 20+ years of experience. Her passion is to provide HR solutions for her clients by helping them build their HR infrastructure through technology, compliance, and people. Before launching G&J Pace Consulting, she served as the Chief of the Processing, Records and Benefits Section. There she primarily focused on work that involved interpreting guidelines, regulations, and directives concerning moderately complex benefits, worker's compensation, retirement, and entitlement cases, participating as a team member for a cyclic audit of civilian personnel actions.
Jacquelyn holds a master's degree from Capella University with a major in Human Resource Management. She also enjoys mentoring up-and-coming HR professionals, where she shares her knowledge and passion for HR. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and listening to music.
